I think the one that irks me the most is when self conscious people think I dislike them for not carrying on a conversation, then rationalize/support it with trivial shit I was doing without paying attention
So... you don't like it when people call you on how much you're not paying attention?

1. People assume I'm stupid.
There was this guy in high school who said I was dumb. It did not take long for him to start struggling with math. I even tried to help him learn until he got pissed off saying I do not explain well. It turns out he failed math and then went into arts. I went into biology.
There was this girl in high school who said I was dumb. I had a friend who defended me. I had a friend who said, "Oh she's dumb? I think you better look in the mirror. I mean you are going to community college with bad grades. In contrast my friend is going to university with high grades. I should remind you that you failed a grade. Who's dumb?"
Is intelligence as far as you're concerned just GPA? I've known some idiots with good grades as well as plenty of smart people with awful ones.
2. People assume I'm a child.
It has disadvantages. I will probably always be carded for alcohol.
That slowly becomes a compliment as you get older.
