What are your hobbies, or go-to spare time activities?
I sing and I write.
I'm also on again off again with various fat-blasting hobbies lol
I can't really call myself a fitness enthusiast bc I never stick with my workouts for long. So yeah. We'll call me dancfeit routine, me yoga phase, me running phase, me cycling phase, etc. etc. hobbies. :D
And I may be taking up gardening this summer or next.
Gym, swim, play tennis (new one) also been invited to go biking with some of my more active friends who are into competitive biking.
Trade and analyze stock market (hobby now rather than work), mostly look into companies I have casual open positions in or into companies someone wants advice on. Reading macro/microeconomic papers and figures is also fun, especially if someone writes something about game theory.
Computer games, sadly less time for that these days.
Solving math problems for competitions.
- Videogames: Whether it be Dota 2, Arma 3, Battlefield 4, Civ 5, or some good old fashioned S.T.A.L.K.E.R. i spend a good deal of my time zoning out in digital bliss. Biggest stress reliever i've had in this life and I can say games are one of the handful of things I genuinely love in this world.
- Music: My first love. constantly everyday, at every moment of the day is there music playing. I have playlists that stretch well past 3-4 hours and cross most genres of music that I repeat daily. I've even went on the other side, composed and played my own instrument as an amateur musician. I'd have my eyes plucked out before I lost my ears
- Exploring: Everywhere inbetween exploring patches of woods in hopes of finding that perfect spot and adrenaline pumping runs through dark abandoned hospitals, I love the unknown and my ravenous curiosity to reveal it.
- Friends: This life seems so warped, or at least I believe my perception of it is. There's a million different ways to perceive something and my curiosity for exploration isn't tethered to physical locations. I love to debate, discuss and decipher what it's like to be in the shoes of another person. This also is the main reason I love history
- Taking on Meaningless Challenges: In retrospect this is probably part of why I love videogames so much. I love struggle and my limits. I love learning those limits by trial/error then pushing said limits until some other challenge catches my eyes. When met with an abrupt loss, I respond with nothing short but tenacious drive.....and it tends to bite me in the ass.
