It's not unusual to pm throughout the day, thus I'd rather be able to read what was written when I can get to it.

So you mean pm to disappear right after the chat box is closed instead of the 3 days limit? And if you have been away and want to check if someone pmed you while offline, you will see an empty pm?

Coupled with the fact that the fucking avatars linger in the queue for at least 1 h after we sign in, this is a fucking dumb idea. It will only add confusion and frustration. I am firmly against this crap.

I am in favor of making both pm and public chat last MORE, and get saved since the beginning of the conversation as opposed to the last 100 lines or so. I loved that in the old SC.
