It seems to also be present in the Paragon Sociopath topic in rondann69's posts. There's probably some in here now as well. 

Do IPs ruin usability here? I need an answer before doing anything so that I don't have people sperging and chimping out all over the place. On top of that, even if I am doing cleanup duty on this, they are going to squeeze by every so often undetected unless I am to go as far as using inspect element on every single post made. A fix beyond that would take Luna noticing this place again.

So basically the blank post tracks my ip?

IPs lead to location and port searching can find vulnerabilities in the system making way for them to get hacked, thus unable to use the website.
