Hallucinations?

I'm sorry if this was already addressed but do some of you experience non drug-induced hallucinations? If so, what are they? When do they manifest?

You didn't strike me as one who'd hallucinate, at all... How sensitive to bright lights or loud noises are you?

Auditory Hallucinations- I used to get them a lot when I was younger, someone shouting my name, yelling "Hey you" in spanish to hearing people laughing. I don't get them as much anymore except when I'm extremely stressed.

Visual Hallucinations- eh, these paved the way for accusations of crazy. As a child, well past the imaginary age- I thought i saw people in my house that weren't actually there. Men going up the stairs, women in the garden and the kitchen, and all of them seemed to scowl or sneer at me. There were times they might have mixed in together "hey you!" with some movement of some figure beside me. I used to think they were ghosts. The few times i did tell my parents they'd laughed or said I was crazy. I still get them now when I get super stressed and annoyingly enough its happened at work recently, i thought i saw a man in plaid climbing the glass door and hanging himself on the wreath and then another I saw a dark hand coming at my face.

Haptic- just in the sense of smelling something or feeling like im being touched.

I've had one that was pretty wild. I can write about it in 7 or 8 hours.

I was with some friends smoking some pot. Suddenly I began to feel very unsettled. Unsettled in the sense that everything suddenly seemed very off. Usually smoking relaxed me, so I became confused and slightly alarmed.

So I went into the other room and laid down, figuring watching television and being alone for a moment might help me settle down. The epitome of everything I hate about uppity morning people (Fox and Friends) was on. Things were fine for a moment, then all the anchors began talking about me and basically began lambasting me. I felt distraught, and confused that I was being discussed live on a station with millions tuned in. After a little bit of that, the camera panned in on this guy:

He spoke directly to me in a very derisive manner. After a minute or two, I turned off the television set a little horrified. I knew something was wrong, but couldn't figure it out. It was as if my I had lost faculty to be aware that I was experiencing a psychosis. For rest of the night, I hallucinated voices.

The next day, I woke up fine. I was curious if I had experienced a cannabis psychosis. After doing some research, it was clear that what I experienced wasn't from smoking pot. It was a potential catalyst for the experience at most, alongside stress likely playing a major role.

Occasionally I see my dead pets; on my bed, walking down the hall, jumping on the counter, running through the forest etc. It's a good thing.

I've only had a few. The most terrifying was when I had been prescribed seroquel and experienced sleep paralysis for the first time. Something was moving towards me and there was nothing I could do but accept my imminent death.

Any other hallucinations involved driving when exhausted. I'll see deer dart out in front of me or some very dark shadow of a person walking into my lane. That's when I know I need caffeine.

Edit: I've heard my name called a few times. Depending on the tone or which of my name's are used I can tell who I'm hallucinating. My grandmother used my first and middle name, versus my mother who didn't even pronounce my name fully.

I was having dinner. Spaghetti. I felt like I was sitting there eating spaghetti for a very long time but as a looked down at my plate no spaghetti was gone.

I was riding in the truck with my father. I started to get lightheaded. We stopped at a stop sign. When I looked at the stop sign it looked transparent. Almost as if I was to reach out I would be able to stick my hand through it.

I knew mentally that these moments were not real. I stayed pretty calm both times.
