I see a bunch of hypocrites too... I mean if there is a god I think he made the bible to test who is crazy and will do the terrible shit and who is good and will interpret it to do good shit. I think if there is a god he won't need to people to read a bible either... It is not that reliable considering it is not written by god himself. 

It is hypocritical to hate on people who get abortions when it is legal in the bible. It is illegal to wear more than one fabric of clothing. I would love to see religious go after the fashion industry. I think people see what they want to see and read their own views into the readings. It is then used as an excuse to justify how they already feel. 

I also think this is a good video to understand...

Don't be confused by the title. I don't hate athiests. It is about why religious get butthurt when you say you don't wanna join their religion.

The Bible has a lot of do's and don'ts. People like to follow things it says and ignore other things. For example: A Christian may hate gays and believe they shouldn't have any rights because of this:Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. But that same Christian also shaves their head or trims their beard, although this passage says:They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.

1 Corinthians 6:18 reads:

“Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.” This passage is basically against masturbation. This person may be against masturbation, but eats lobster, shrimp, crabs, mussels and squid, even though there's a verse saying not to.

People love cherry picking from the Bible. You can't really use the "But the bible says it's wrong" excuse when you're doing things the Bible considers sinful. (Personally, I'm an atheist and find the Bible complete bullshit with too many plot holes and  it has a lack of common sense.)

So, what's the point of following something and preaching it, if you do the things it's against?

Some believe it's the principles of the Laws, which for the most part include sanitation and basically not being a dick to people, that are what one should follow.

Others are fucking hypocrites preaching against abortion and homosexuality while cheating on their wives, working on the Sabbath, and stuffing their faces with ham.

It's true. I mean there is actually abortion in the bible. In the bible god gives this potion thing... It is suppose to test if the baby belongs to the husband or a stranger. It will rot the ovaries and womb if it a baby made from infidelity. AKA abortion.
