1. The ability to find anything lost
2. The ability to manipulate anyone's memories.
3. The ability to teleport.
I would normally say teleportation or super speed or time travel or telekinesis, but I'd probably end up squandering it on mundane and trivial things like using telekinesis to bring me the salt, teleportation to go to post office or back (unless teleportation was extendable to other people/objects, in which case I'd just teleport bills and letters and packages, which also means there's no way to claim anything lost in the mail), super speed would be great for doing paperwork, etc.
So, more practically and perhaps interestingly, I'd rather these...
1. Understand, speak, write and otherwise know all languages. There is a subtle point about this which completely goes unconsidered: lots of things are language. Music, computer programming, body language, animals... Some even equate reality itself as language or language-like.
2. Deadpool or Wolverine or Hulk level healing factor. This is a no-brainer, really.
3. Basically, all Spider-Man's powers. (This is my "wish for a thousand wishes" wish.)
1. Invisibility

Getting big mouthed faggots to suck me off on the go
2. A dick for whenever i want to avail of that ^
3. Well i'm at loss with this one, as with #1 i could sort out all the finances. A magic Kalash with perpetual ammo perhaps?
1. Illusion: A childhood dream of mine back when I wanted to grow up to be a "Magician Detective".
2. Mental Affect: Reading minds, speaking into minds, nudging their decisions, etc.
3. Teleportation: Pop Culture Media (X-Men, Jumper, Shadowrun, Dungeons and Dragons, World of Warcraft, City of Heroes, The Prestige, Dr Who, Heroes, Dragon Ball Z, Star Trek, Portal) and the sheer convenience of it, how can't this one be picked? Even the shitty movie Jumper gives a really good case for it.
Actually, please allow me to amend my last choice...
3. Access to a pocket dimension via portal that can have size and configuration changed as desired. The interior is finite, but always has enough space for all belongings and occupants. It can be entered anywhere and exit portals can likewise be opened anywhere.
The perks of teleportation with massively more utility.
