It is funny that lots of people want someone banned. I have come to realise banning is a rare occurrence on this site. It took forever to get DEXTER banned.

This is to say I think if someone wants someone to be banned they need to be a nuisance for years to everyone. It cannot be one mistake or a personal grudge. I am not saying this is how I want it to go down. I am saying this is how I think it is going down...

It didn't take forever to get people to agree with banning dex. Dex kept making new accounts and by-passing the bans, and also had a shitload of second chances being handed to him by the mods that I never understood...

True he did make a lot of new accounts. I mean until his IP address was found. 

The general consensus at the time was that he was an interesting case study, and should therefor not be banned. He would be banned and return, then behave for a while. He was most likely given leniency because of his interactions with TK. Also from time-to-time, he did share interesting things and provided entertainment. But the shtick got old.

Yea he wasn't so bad until he started trying to track me down blackmailing me to be his friend. I mean if he really wanted to be my friend blackmail is the wrong way to go... It would be a fake friendship. I admit did have a personal grudge.
