Nope, and I don't plan to.
try to understand your triggers for violence and avoid or manage them. can you remember triggers from our childhood?
as far as binging (i assume drinking alcohol) try weed instead, it is easier on your body, is not addicting, and after awhile you might find that you no longer needed it or the alcohol. for me, It seems to take away the cravings for alcohol and definitely mellows you out. It might help with the violence also. Never seen anyone fight after smoking weed. Usually they can't get up off the couch and smile a lot pondering the universe or something.
as far as the sex, good luck, basic human need. maybe find you a girl that can hang with you or go jack off. Sorry i am no help on this one.
Is binging really considered impulsive, its such a fucking process. Sexual impulses have never hurt me, Violent impulses just aren't very controllable, nothing more to say about it, just try not to be violent when its not worth it. When I get really pissed off I can be violent and I don't understand my own strength, but as long as you can control yourself to doing it in a setting where its not about to ruin your life, who cares.
Hello my name is Beezer and I'm a sociopath.
I came here to SC to look for insights on controlling impulses; sexual, violent, binging, etc. As sociopaths I'm sure this is something you've all dealt with or are still currently dealing with. I'd like some feedback from some of you as to what impulses you've struggled with and how you have or have not overcome them.
