How much did you enjoy school as a young child?
It was okay, nothing to say really. I do not even remember it well.
As a teenager?
I switched 4 schools total. I was mainly confused socially. Doing well educationally. Cheated a lot and skipped a ton shit of classes, but still got my grades. I was like an outcast, but not really bullied. I just didn't trust people, because i didn't understand them.
Now? (If you're no longer a teenager)
Now i am in university and i understand a lot more about everything. I know where i am, what i want and what to do. All is great. My education is excellent.
What were/are your favorite subjects?
I guess its anything related to informatics. But now everything i do is related to informatics.
Did you have many friends?
No, i had a few.
Did you play sports?
I played soccer, usually a goal keeper.
Do performing arts?
No
Would you attend a high school reunion?
I have been to several.
I always enjoyed school. The only problems I had with it was when I was enrolled in a fast track program which meant that by 7th grade I was done with 11th grade math. Prior to this I had been enrolled in a standard privet school. This school program was also very laze-fare, letting the gifted students prioritize whatever they wanted to do. The two together meant that I would just leave school after the morning mentor meeting and hang out with some questionable people all day. This went on until 9th grade when I was almost arrested, thankfully my friend took the whole fall for me (I'm still extremely grateful for his loyalty). After that my family moved from the US to China so I started taking school more seriously again, in part because of the requirements to get into a high tier collage and in part because the privet school had much better resources.
HS was a lot of fun, some typical school drama but growing up in a often times crazy city was amazing. Once I got into collage I started debating and hanging out with the more ambitious people which tend to populate the more prestigious colleges. As for sports I always loved swimming but my sports career varied from the typical soccer, track sports to boxing, fencing and some basic martial arts (due in no small part to my dad).
In terms of subjects I always excelled at maths until I hit the higher levels of college math, where I could no longer just free-ride due to my talent. My true talent and passion was in economics, finance and risk analysis though. Debating and public speaking was also something which I was very good at and won many awards for my school(s) in.
