How do we fix broken avvies?

I've tried saving them as multiple file types and names, resizing them, and messing with/ignoring the crop function within the site. 

I figure that reuploading the identical file will just call upon the first instance of it. Persistance is my strategy.

The problem is file size so lowering the resolution of the picture would fix it.

Ya I knocked resolution down a notch before reuploading but had no idea it was why it worked.

My avvie was ridiculously low in size anyway, so meh. Inky's horrible gif is like huge in comparison and it always works.
