Splendid piece of graphic design, sums it all up succinctly. All my respect to whoever created it.
Unlike to that imbecile who turned the Eiffel tower into a goddamn chicken-foot sign before the bodies were even counted. (And likely made a neat wad of cash out of it.)
(Now, i love teddy bears (esp. the artisan sort) as much as the next gal, but this rings true 100%:
- "Because nowadays, teddy bears are the new resolve. They symbolise everything we have become in response to our way of life being threatened, and our people being slaughtered on our streets: inanimate, squishy, and full of crap."
On the note of teddy bears - if anyone else seen the film In Bruges. Or if you have the DVD, the cut-out scenes / extras.

Probably my #1 favourite film. (Favourite town too, since early childhood.)
Quite often i find asking myself these days WWHD? ( < what would 'Arry do?)
only 31 people died. I would ask why they don't kill more, but I believe keeping the death toll smaller leads to an underlying notion there will be more attacks, instilling oppression and fear. Most likely a reaction to the capture of the paris bomber.
But wait!
