He's just a flawed doppelganger. There's little else to him when you watch his behaviors for long enough. Even "Shitgar" is a stolen insult from Angee.
Aspie tryhard was earlier on, sort of like an empty shell of flattery and innocence meant to have him not seen as antagonistic, then it became republican tumblrs from that material being too rich to resist, then it became a mirror of targets where, the more he's fed, the more he behaves like they do. He craves attention and relevance right now from boredom, but it's likely more about trolling and a weird variant of data gathering where he discloses next to nothing, and both the aspie persona and the Republican act became too overused and stale to keep up. The recent drama prior to this change is likely responsible for his shift in tactics. He's been collecting data since early on, but now he's actually using it as his source material. For all we know he could be on other forums mimicking us.
After his aspie tryhard phase (assuming even that wasn't a mimic from elsewhere), it's why his material's creativity was limited at points to only that which already existed. If you press him in directions that he hasn't been tugged, he becomes cornered and recites irrelevant points to stick to the game plan, knowing that it doesn't have to be completely on point to continue eliciting responses.
Currently, he's showing a lot of elements of Sugar's typing style (even down to the laughter and lack of upper case) with some splash from other areas, but those who are likely his puppets have been showing aspects of others instead. Playing the fool's grown old and no one cares anymore, so he's instead opting to act like people who are relevant so that he may sip on some of it himself. In all actuality, we know nothing about WW3 beyond his tactics.
I still enjoy when he plays sides against the popular trend and purposely misses obvious points for the sake of comedy. It's even better when people take him in like he's being a serious ally instead of an inside troll who people believe is really that lacking.

Does it possibly suggest that he is the shared account of a small cabal of butthurt souls that need a platform to insulate themselves as they flail in retaliation at things, testing what sticks and what other effects things have? The inconsistency and personality shifts, while possible as a single entity with dissociative tactics in order to mold a proper personality with the power and skill that they feel the lack, without necessarily feeling any of the humiliation of their developmental lag?
