Plus these gifs are much more quick in teaching how to do it and you don't have to tolerate the authors attempt at humor and wit. The lasagna rolls look a bit deprived of yogurt but I can always supplement you with that :^) how come the meatball sauce didn't become a dry plaque in that heat and time? Cooking is so much pleasure man
I know I mentioned this in chat already, but Crow and I were going through the brief start of a Food Gif phase that we'll probably try to get back into when we're done traveling (more her than me, I'm a novice when it comes to cooking).
So far:

We still haven't gotten around to making Mozzarella Meatballs. Food gifs have proven easier to use than cookbooks from offering visuals to accompany the steps while still granting instructions to follow in a simple format.
