the real question is, why would she need to continuously ask for validation from her daughter that this stuff has no basis in reality? doesn't she know that already? is she doubting herself? :D

You really ought to work on your deflection tactics, as this means of doing it is actually drawing more attention towards you instead.

If our audience actually cares to know the answers to these questions, they need only find the links and read through some of the linked topics.
