Dexter is the first member to ever be banned in this community's history. At the time not only was his ban the first, but the community on the most part made him an exception to the rule. To be honest he created moderation here, which is actually a janitorial role here to sweep up the mess from time to time.
On this note, it has been impossible to ban Dexter. He'll reincarnate into another account on another ip.
His return to SC is quite resent after a year or so. Even then I personally thought of Dexter as a weapon that can be unleashed but not easily controlled.
In this case, the only way to really stop Dexter, is to in essence, defeat yourselves and practice .... I don't want to say kindness toward him, but he'll simmer down with that. He'll then poke you with some insults or butt heads if he feels you're telling him what not to do but leave it at that, and he'll be more manageable.
Again, banning him doesn't work, and if he was banned, especially when it would break his heart now lol, guaranteed moderation will be doing overtime for generations to come.
User dexter has engaged in a systematic and protracted campaign against http://kiwifar.ms/ much to the detriment of this forum. He continually harasses not only the administrator of Kiwi Farms, Null, but he harasses the administrator of this site, Luna Prey. He is a borderline stalker and a criminal. Please ban him so both forums can operate in peace.
