1st. You need to own the mineral rights to be able to mine/drill
2nd. Not all land can be mined.
3rd. The water table on most residential property is to high
4th. Only specific substrates will hold water.
5TH. Do your parents keep you locked up in the basement? If you want your thread to be considered even remotely serious. You have to put in a lot more thought than this.
