If that was actually a terminable offense, KF would've gotten yoinked for that ages ago. "Leonard F. Shaner Jr." and his lawyer tried to throw everything at KF to take it down, including attempted fatal dosings of autism. Obviously it hasn't worked. You'd need somebody who's almost too responsive to prodding to hit them where it hurts.
