So I noticed over a long time that my body functions very well with around 4h of sleep and optimally at around 5h. If I sleep more I become drained and slower then usual. I believe many people sleep way too much and because of it fail to get things done and function under stressful schedules.
So next time you 'over-sleep' know that I will feel not sympathy for you.
