Copy the URL from youtube. When you open the reply window, look to the bottom right. The little circle with the arrow will open another window with a place to paste the url. Easy peasy.

There is a way to resize the vids, but I'm not sure what it is bc most of the vids post with "full screen" and "watch on youtube" options. If our audience wants a bigger vid, they'll click on fullscreen.
