Since you guys drink a lot, but doesn't seem to know how to drink... This is a thread for some good drinks. Enjoy!
Caribean Coffee
Half of the glass with dark rum
Half of the glass with black coffee
Now ad lots of sugar, it helps you get the fun stuff out in the blood quicker
Carefully stir in some malibu in whipped cream, pour it in but let it land on a spoon first so that it doesn't mix
Car bomb
6 cl whiskey and 6 cl Baileys in a shotglass, ​drop it in a can of Guiness. Gulp it all up.
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
1 oz gin
sweet and sour mix
club soda
1/2 oz cherry brandy
Pour grenadine into the bottom of a collins glass, and fill with ice. Add gin, and almost-fill with equal parts of sweet and sour and chilled soda. Top with cherry brandy, and serve unstirred, garnished with a cherry.
*I usually only get these when I'm out. I've thought about trying them at home. Haven't actually done it yet.
The Pina Colada is a classic rum cocktail created in Puerto Rico in the mid 1950’s. The Pina Colada is typically made with white rum, but can be made with dark rum, spiced rum, or coconut flavored rum. Of course, there are also many variations of the Pina colada made by substituting either the rum, the cream of coconut, or the pineapple juice.
Pina Colada
- 1 1/2 oz Coconut Cream such as Coco Lopez
- 2 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice (you may substitute 2 1/2 TBL crushed pineapple)
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- Pineapple wedge or Maraschino Cherries for garnish
Add all ingredients to a blender, add a cup of ice, and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish.
The Pina Colada can be served frozen, or Shaken and strained into an ice filled glass.
