You can be sexually attracted to children which makes you a pedophile, but it doesn't necessarily mean you are owning explict pictures of children.

There's a difference between a pedophile and a child molester. Being a pedophile is not a crime as long as you haven't diddled a child.

I never said that all of them did, simply that the presence of that law negated your claim.
