Africans are more related to Homo Sapiens than Europeans, Asians and island people.
Sub Saharan Africans are purebred Sapiens. Europeans and Asians are up to 4 % Neanderthal and some island people are up to 7 % Denisovan. At least Africans are fully human. We're not.

X/A ratio is X chromosome/autosome ratio. Females have 2/3 of X chromosomes, as opposed to autosomes being spread equally between genders (so says the article). So higher/lower X/A ratio over time just indicates more/less females than males reproducing, has more to do with societal structure than genetics.
Also Africans weren't being compared to other homosapiens, just to Europeans.
Also the typo in the thread title is nagging at me for some reason.
