i haven't done a lot of configuration on the appearance yet because i'm too lazy, but ideally what this would look like would be, no border on the windows so that the terminal background blends into the screen, and get rid of the title bar because it looks retarded and the clearlooks theme is shit. and i'd either keep the wallpaper how it is (plain black) or have something with most of it a black background but with some other image on it.

tiling window managers like bspwm and dwm are good at that (in floating mode you can center and move around windows just like in openbox), rolling with zsh huh? you pompous little fucker, bravo, continue dwelving into the depths of the anus from hell that is lunix. I was running root because I was too impatient to make a new user, dyke. FreeBSD can't even make a GPT ZFS root (apparently support will take some more time, the fuck) and you can't even flip to a tty if you load the intel KMS modules because apparently freebsd console doesn't support VGA (fucking lol pathetic) but that's not even the worst, 720p plays at below 30 fps because the kernel module they stole from lunix isn't parsed well enough by the lunix emulator inside freebsd, it's both depressing and hilarious the state BSD's are.
Now for a real nigga shit moment, today I realized that it was years since I was able to get as excited and thirsty for tech as I was a kid, and the reason for that is because I can hardly take silly pleasure and fun in anything, everything feels purposeless and I have a feeling no matter what I do it'll turn out to be shit so I just do what I am required to do for my work and yeah....depression sucks man
