I'll do this, but with the basic attributes from Dungeons & Dragons.
- STR = 9. I'm not that physically strong. A cheerleader with good fitness could beat me in a arm wrestling match, and most heavy objects I can't lift without a little help.
- DEX = 10. I can catch most small objects usually, but I certainly won't be graceful on the dance floor without a years worth of dancing classes.
- CON = 11. I'm hearty enough to not catch the cold that goes around sometimes, but average or just below average endurance for lengthy physical tasks.
- INT = 12. Intelligence measures more then book learning, it also consists of guile, creativity, and perceptiveness. On many occasions people have taken note of my above average intellect; I'm rating myself at this score more on the observations of others of my intelligence.
- WIS = 10. I have a tendency to be insensitive to others emotions frequently, so YMMV. Otherwise I would say it's fair to give myself a average Wisdom score.
- CHA = 12. My above average appearance may be disputable, but that is not what Charisma is about. Charisma is more like Savior Faire: knowing your way with words. Personal bias might be involved, but I'd like to think that the many times I've fast talked my way out of hairy situations warrants my above average score.

20/20 would put you at like a 5-6. 20/20 vision on the snellen chart is technically normal. 10 would be like 20/10. Read this, it should help.
