Willing slavery, OCD (with someone willing to trigger it when things get messy), and a shoe collection that's closer to a hoarding case than anything practical. It fits a pretty straight forward case study. She's likely very high maintenance with a desire to think less than she already does as her means of seeking comfort, the byproduct of a self-torturing mind. Imagine someone like that with enough solitary confinement.
