It even says that.  The order is randomly determined.  To bypass it, they suggest retaking the test, since they say it's a 50/50 chance you will get a different order.  Where the results conflict, they say to make an average.

Well, the steps are to do with what appears.  "Negative words" paired with "White" and "Positive words" with "Black."  Then the various combinations thereof.  The order of appearance is apparently important to the test itself.

Your data suggest little to no difference in implicit preference between Black People and White People.

I would say I prefer the Whites, but I just could not fail at sorting things properly.
