He and Joffrey are two of my favorite characters. My favorite part about this series is the lack of Plot Armor given to anyone without the suffering and torture being written plainly for the sake of it.
It gives them a lot of room for good acting, and this series has some people who really enjoy playing villains from the writing behind it giving them so much room to thrive, while the ones made to suffer are given an equal amount of potential.
Has anyone here actually read the books? I got them for a family member as a birthday present with the intention of borrowing them and reading them myself, but he said they are really different to the series, and now I almost don't want to read them in case it ruins the series for me. One of life's great dilemmas.
