Well, I am assuming you are not a lesbian? Like 99% of (pornographic) ero guro is drawn by straight males, so like 99% of it is geared towards that, but there's a whole thread of boy-gore here: https://gurochan.ch/g/res/805.html
I'm bi, but guro isn't really fap-material for me anyways. It is for some people, but really ero guro is just an artistic movement and isn't necessarily pornographic... like that image from the first pic is not really intrinsically sexual, just strange and beautiful. Blood is beautiful imo, and horror is also beautiful, and the combination of eros and thanatos is always a winner when it comes to any sort of horror-art.
