Can't say I'm remotely interested in watching sports, playing them though is different. There's simply too much entertainment at my disposal to watch men chase a ball up and down a field.
Do any of you watch or read about sport's?
I have never had any interest in sports. It does nothing for me. Whenever football season comes around, people assume because of my appearance I suppose. That I'm into that shit, and they will ask me if i watched a certain game or ask me a question about something sports related.
I always tell them I don't watch or have anything to do with sports.
I think people who get consumed with sports are lacking something in there life's to become that way. To me they rank up there with stalkers. (Nothing personal System) lol. They know way to much shit about people who play. I don't see the difference. Other than the fact that sports players make there info public.
It's almost OCD.
When I used to swim it was interesting to see pros swim and see what type of styles were employed at the top. Other than that no other sports bs has never been interesting to me even when I payed said spot.
Even watching a full game of soccer socially if fucking boring and not to be done sober.
Because of my past, I never got a chance to play sports. I think I would have enjoyed playing. But like you. Watching sports is painfully boring. I wonder if it's because we crave something more interactive and hands on. I don't think adrenaline junkies would find much pleasure either in merely watching a sport. I would suspect it would also be painfully boring to them.
