Just how reliable are the services offered in the Deep Web? You can't call the police if someone scams you, since it's all ilegal. I imagine scammers can set up pages saying they're hitmen or a weapons dealers or whatever and scam whoever sends them bitcoins.

How can you tell the scammers from the honest ones?

The honest ones have webbed feet.
