No, they're not. look closer at the noses, eyebrow structure and ears. The eyebrows are set way too close in the second pic. And the first one's nose is smaller with a straighter nose bridge, and the tip is more upturned. And the ears seem to have a very different shape and stick out more in the second one.  They're in almost the same position in the pic, so they shouldn't look that different. 

Sorry, I love pointing out differences in things :D
