Over all this is more suitable for younger men.
The Mangina. Most guys start off in this place and some never leave, where they will follow whatever nice guy etiquette was imposed on them, which usually has them friend zoned. They are the white knights coming to rescue the victimized women they desire. They are more easily manipulated and controlled, while 'some' women know it and take advantage of this.
Manginas are not feminists by default, but when introduced to feminism in their own circles, they too proclaim to be feminists and fight for the feminist cause because they are white knights. These men will argue how women are not treated fairly, and how we as men must refrain from taking advantage of women.
Some Manginas score and get married, while others don't, and some even evolve into the Red Pill reality, where they find their mistakes to be in sync with how women actually are. Depending on if the evolved Mangina finds it worth it or not, they will either go Neo, or MGTOW. The Mangina who pretends to be an Alpha male will most likely lean toward Neo Masculinity.

The Neo's see MGTOW as beta material, and they associate it with Manginahood.
Ironically, the Mangina is regularly the most deserving to win her hand, but the Neo gets her cause he makes her giddy and has what she wants. The MGTOW will focus on the things relationships impair, like invention.
