Such an unusual trait for someone to possess amirite?

This guy seems to go with the notion that they'd enjoy attending seminars and discussions about it, so it's not unfeasible that they could host them as well.

I don't like to be compared with a psychopath just because I was considered a RAD child. I've read articles expressing the opinion that RAD children always grow up to be psychopaths if they don't receive proper treatment when they are young, but there is no evidence to support that theory that I am aware of.
