General
[ ]Restrictions on Tor use (to prevent blatant abuse of its anonymity)
- Need approval to create an account through Tor browser
Note: This is mandatory once we get to this phase. Why? Simply put,
people can and will abuse anonymity to keep acting out perpetually.
[ ]IP banlist
- Need user's IP to be not on it when creating an account
Note: Also mandatory, see previous note @ "Restrictions on Tor use".
Makes no sense to have known usability-wreckers persist with behavior.

So this is the costs we are requesting donations to mitigate in an attempt to speed up the completion of SC 2.0. Donors can donate to the paypal address: [email protected]. Please, in the message field, write your username on this forum.
People who donate at least $100 will gain a blue username in SC 2.0, and some sort of Donor recognition possibly in the form of a border around the user's Avatar wherever it is displayed throughout the site. If you don't want to get a blue user name, or to be recognized for your donation, you can specify that within the message field.
As we reach the goal cost for each phase, we will do that phase, and launch it publicly. Any donations are greatly appreciated! Our greatest challenge over the past year has been that we have been required to work relentlessly for our clients as our small tech consulting firm builds its reputation so that we can raise our prices, and gain new contracts down the road. As a result of this, we have been unable to dedicate the time we need to SC 2.0 that we would otherwise like to. By receiving donations from the community, we can fund ourselves to build this, and therefor allocate real time to this project, and finish it up quickly.
Thanks for reading,
Luna
