My Job specific duties require that I perform an environmental analysis
which focuses the organization to perform a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, and Threats) analysis from the Operations/ Valuation
perceptive. Once the SWOT analysis is complete the senior managers will
conduct a strategic formulation that involves evaluating the interaction
between strategic factors and making strategic choices that will assist
the managers in meeting the organization’s goals.
