I like this answer, I try to live in the moment as well. I like the buddhist take on life.
I occasionally go back in time to wonder about whether I've changed in the past years.
There aren't too many unfortunately. Not that I haven't had any happy moments it's that I struggle with emotional memory so I dont get to experience the same feelings remembering these times. When I do reminisce about these times they seem so bland now. Lucky you that you get to reexperience the good over and over. I can't really so I try to live in the moment to the fullest
I remember the one time when I bent over the teachers desk and ordered the kid with aspergers to tongue my anus in front of the whole class unless he wants to catch these fits in high school, it is an empowering and motivational memory that I helps me whenever I feel powerless and defeated during times in my life with seeming dead-ends.
