Is it still gaslighting if the intentions are actually good? Because I do that all the time with good intentions.

People don't learn from sugarcoating reality and empathy.

What are the counter measures to gaslighting? Lets say you are the victim and you can feel your mind is going, what do you do? I know what to do at least.
