I love pets! creepy crawlies are my favourite. At this moment, I have tanks of cockroaches, hermit crabs, a tarantula, and an ant colony.

This thread has got me thinking. How would a person keep liver flukes as pets? Surely there are cultures of liver flukes kept in laboratories for research purposes. I need to do some reading!

By the looks of it, a larger animal host and a tank of fish and aquatic snails would be needed to breed, house, and feed them. Thank you for the idea.

I imagine that the life span of a liver fluke would be very short. I would need to breed more liver flukes to maintain a colony of liver flukes. Liver flukes do look pretty cool and I can see some practical benefits for having some handy.
