It's subtle, ironic and subversive. I kinda like it. But yeah, that marriage would be my idea of hell.

I read the first 5 books in the series and fell madly in love with Louis. I could be his nice light snack till the year 3000 <3

I started another one of Anne Rice's works of historical fiction. Something about  Reconstruction Era quadroon whores in Louisiana. I couldn't get into it.
