And what about the length of PM history? Is it cut off at a certain length due to available resources on your end? 

Is it possible to disable the chat window from flashing when someone just clicks your name and it opens a window? Can you set it so that text must be sent first, not just entered? It's very easy to accidentally click a name while on mobile device, which leads to questions from the receiving person, etc.
