So what do you think "Gone Girl" is about?
That looks like an overly-dramatic shitty representation of the Scott Peterson case. Literally in that trailer, a guy said "a trained monkey does not give lethal injections." Who the fuck says that? The writers dramatized far too much. I think Jodi Arias is a more interesting character, but that may just be because I have a penis. That movie looks like shit, though.
It's about many things. I guess the bottom line message is "appearances can be REALLY deceiving". It's great, really, filled with tension and suspense. Directed by the same guy from House of Cards (David Fincher).
What impressed me the most was the amount of work the psycho puts herself through in order to get her way, and her character is interesting and fun to watch: smart, calm, destructive and creepy at the same time.
