feeling really disconnected today. everytime, it seems harder and harder to reconnect. Tminus 5 4 3 2.........

Does being disconnected have a major effect on you?

my disconnection comes from being so finely attuned to.everything around me.but myself. and this ironically keep seperated from being connected

While I feel that way at times, what cheers me is to think of myself as a toddler, in a sense. Children at that age don't precisely play together, because they aren't really capable of it, but they play side by side, and very happily! This is what I strive to do, myself. I suppose it isn't the same, but I'm content to merely have some company, and go my own way later.
