Maybe our concept of freedom might not be the same. From my own point of view, humans are slaves of their own nature (aren't we social animals???). Since we're all living in groups, there'll always be rules and these rules will stop us from doing what we want. 

It's possible to achieve some level of freedom, but not completely. There'll always be chains and, if you break some of them, new ones might appear. 

 

But, then again, I don't believe in absolute truths. It's simply my humble opinion on this matter.
