Pretty sure your displays of sociopath-like behavior root from said "schizoid" (pretty sure you're meaning schizophrenia, schizoid's a little more in touch with reality than a schizophrenic or schizotypal). Clinicians are loath to say two things are co-morbid when one explains the other so smoothly.
