You know those little things in life, things that really shouldn't matter that much, but are nevertheless inexplicably irritating?

Well, here's a thread where you can complain about these things.

Here are a few.

I hate long filenames. They take forever to type in the terminal, and a lot of the time you can't even remember what the file is called. Yes, boot_iso_amd64_linux-grub_1.0.4.2304.bin is more descriptive than simply boot.bin, but you can actually type the latter with a reasonable amount of effort.

I hate people who make small grammatical errors in their sentences simply because they are too lazy to correct themselves. I mean, if you legitimately don't know that you're supposed to capitalize your sentences, then that's annoying, but whatever. But if you can't take the effort to hit the shift key every once in a while to capitalize a letter, then there is something seriously wrong with you.

Oh, and I hate sites that use usernames to log in. This is a pretty common thing, but it's still really stupid, because it allows for logins to be bruteforced easily. Even on a site like this where you can't use an email to log in, there could at least be a captcha to prove that you aren't an evil computer, or have a display name separate from your login name.

I could go on and on....
