His projection is about control and power. He insults you because he needs to be fed. His ego craves the degrading comments he spews out his mouth. He watches your reaction. Starve it an don't give him a reaction. Ask your mother to meet with him somewhere else. You won't be subjecting yourself to to his insults. It's your home. He'll laugh and spew out some shit because that's what he only knows to do -' but that's okay ...get the fucker off your tail.

Best way to deal with the self obsessed is to ignore them. It's really the only power you hold over them.

My brother is a narcissist and I'm tired of his bullying. Every time he comes over to my place to visit my mom (she lives with me) he insults me and makes remarks to put me down, I told him many times before to stop, and I told my mom I didn't want to see him at home again to no avail.

Last time I told him I would call the police if he ever provoked me again (via text)... I have a pepper spray, what should I do? should I pepper spray him, call the police? Narcs are so difficult to deal with...

Are you dense? If he's a narc he's feeding off your negative reaction towards his bullying, stop caring and he'll stop bullying.

Well, I can ignore him, the thing is he provokes other family members (niece, cousins) into mocking me, he takes bad pictures and videos of me and sends them out to relatives and friends, like social media bullying, I decided next time I will drawn his iPhone in water, I would never do that to him (at least for no reason)... Maybe I can enact revenge? no, I want this to end 

Yeah, I pretty much stopped giving him negative reactions, my mom is moving out soon and after that I ain't got a brother no more!!! Sad but necessary, or else how would a narcissist learn?

Sorry to hear about your problems. You probably shouldn't pepper spray him. I second that you should ignore him. Try to teach him proper behaviour by ignoring him when he does something bad and rewarding him when he does something good..
