So im trying to kill random faggots passing by me in the streets but it's pretty hard considering how easy it is to get caught

It's not as easy to get caught if your victims really are random in the sense that they have no connection to you. If it's not in broad daylight- and if it's at their residence, preferably in a heavily wooded area where there are no neighbors. You don't want to go after them impulsively. Stalk them for a while to get to know their routine. Bury some tools close by. Know what to expect of them strength-wise. Burn all the tools and the clothes you wore. Shave your head and wear gloves. Cover yourself up well enough not to shed skin.
