Pre-chemo, I did a lot of weight-lifiting, coupled with cardio either at a track, or an elyptical. Now, I mostly swim and use the bike. If my nerves ever heal, I'll consider trying out yoga.
Just circuit training really, using my own body weight and 5kg dumbells. I do an hour every day, whenever I can slot it in. I walk, occasionally play tennis, but that's for the joy of whacking someone with a ball.
