When I drink too much I get violent and risk a lot of damage around me, and indirectly or maybe even directly, to me and my life. If a man were to suffer consequences of stuff that happens while he is drunk, the man should blame himself at least in part for it. The women should see things the same way imo.

Alcohol gives more sex drive and less restraint, but no, I don't worry about raping someone while drunk. I'd have to drink copious amounts to disregard someone's refusal to have sex. Enough to most likely not be able to rape them anyway XD

Whether a woman is more susceptible or not her body is her own and that's that. No means no whether you drunk, on crack or a staight up slut. No man had the right or priveldge to violate that. Period point mothafuckin blank.

So, why blame it on the alcohol when it's, in definitive, the character of the person that drives them to rape?
